Adobe Customization Wizard X Reader Deployment

Ok, so I successfully created my customized Reader X install using the Adobe Customization Wizard. It deploys successfully using KACE scripting, however, if Reader is open it does not deploy, and I still get a successful log in KACE. My main question would be is it possible to force reader to close using the customization wizard. My other question (which should probably be directed to another forum...sorry) is how I would have KACE log it as failed in that situation.

Thanks!

Use TaskKill or the free SysInternals tool PSKill in a Custom Action added to the MST you have. Of course, you should politely email your users beforehand, warning them that there will be a deployment on date 'x' at time 'y', asking them to close down Reader. Killing processes should always be the last resort.

There is a dedicated KBox forum on AppDeploy.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
