Adobe CS5.5 on a MAC

I have built a package for Adobe Master Suite CS5.5 with the Adobe Application Manager. The package built successfully however when I launch the PKG file I am prompted for and ID and PW for the proxy and won't let me type anything in the ID and PW box. I have checked all of the network settings on the MAC and all of the proxy settings are correct. Has and had an issue like this before?
