Hello Everyone,

I have a couple hundred users that have the Standard or Professional versions of Adobe Acrobat. I would like to recover some of those licenses. I am trying to find a way to determine if a user is only using Acrobat as a reader and/or determine how often they use the creation, editing and other features from the Standard and Professional versions.

In the past in a situation like yours, we would associate a reader with the pdf files, having the users either go through Start Menu or right-click on the files to open those in editor. Then we'd query SMS Metering data. Then we remove editor from the PCs that haven't opened it in a long time. Then we get yelled at [:(]
