ADDLOCAL, ADDSOURCE
hI, First i wanna clear my confusion,may be it sounds something wrong but i need to make it be clear, hope u can understand my confusion, read about ADDLOCAL, ADDSOURCE In MSDN, still its not cleared, Mine confuison is "LOCAL" and "SOURCE" ????????? I know features are installed locally or from source. As i understood application will dump files in TEMP folder while installing and once its completes the installation it deletes the files( Some time it may left behing).
Could please anyone with a patience , can solve my confusion??????????

HI, mine doubt is the word "LOCAL" , where it refers to, is it in the table, of files in the target system? and for "SOURCE" same doubt is popping up in mind, could you please sort the doubt in other words/practically, so i can understand. As i know it should be present in Feature table but doubt about SOURCE and LOCAL - appack14 11 years ago
