Add attachment from Kbox helpdesk so that end users gets it as attachment via email
I am a bit shocked that the kbox helpdesk doesn't send added attachments to the email reply that goes to the submitter. We mainly use the helpdesk for external clients who mail in with requests. We don't want them to have access to the portal or have to even bother they are busy people who just need a quick no hassle response quite often with the need to attach documents. I am really shocked that such a basic function is not available with the kbox helpdesk out of the box. Has anyone manged to achieve this?
