ActiveSync 4.5 "Get Connected" dialog box
Is there a way to disable the "Get Connected" dialog box upon first time logon?
Some users may have PDA, other users does not have PDA, yet they kept getting the box if it has not been set up on their profile.
I'd like to disable that pop-up until thye plug in their PDA.
Is there a way?

For both your issues, I'd use ProcMon to monitor what your machine is doing, i.e. if it's reading the start-up from the registry, from Startup folder, or whatever. To be honest, I'm at a loss to know how anyone would do this job without this tool.
