Acrobat 7

Hi,
We used the install tuner to make an mst for acrobat and have deployed it on our AD 2003, XP network with group policy. But when the a user without admin rights opens a pdf from an email for example and then goes to save it the following error appears;
The disk you were saving to or the disk used for the temporary files is full.
Free some space on this disk and try again, or save ti a different disk.

This error is obviously something to do with permissions on the C:\ drive but they shouldn't need any to just save into their mydocuments which redirects to the server.

Any help would be great!
Thanks
Joe

Hi Joe,

You got some point there, its either on the INSTALLDIR or file permission. Create a permission on the LockPermission Table and on the permission column enter this peoperty 268435456.

Joe,
Also refer to the hardcoded profile path in any registry entries.. this could also give the error as by default the file will be saved in some other profile. May be you can also check this out by giving the "save as" after creating the document so the default path it refers to can also be seen..
Hope this helps
