ACDSee 4 Probs Silent Installation
i tried using the method which is used for ACDSee 5 in here .. it doesnt work .. i got an error popup window close to the finish of the installation. Title of the window is "InstallShield DLL Custom Action" ..
The message in the window said exactly Unknown source ".
i used a batchfile to try it first on a local computer.
it contained :
SETUP.EXE /s /v"/qb- USERNAME=\"Put username here\" COMPANYNAME=\"Put company here\" SLL_LICENSENUMBER=\"Put serial without blanks here\" REBOOT=REALLYSUPPRESS"
any help welcome.

Hey Marcus, did you ever figure this one out? I've got the SAME PROBLEM, but with another product (RightFax 8.7). It installs fine, and it will uninstall fine if you do it through Add/Remove programs, but a command line uninstall gets the same error as you.
I'm using InstallShield FlexNET AdminStudio 7 to edit the MST, and then I plug in serial number and all that stuff in through a setup.ini - but uninstalling it any other way than through Add/Remove results in "InstallShield DLL Custom Action - Unknown source ".
