The tether uses SSH on port 22.  On your K1000, please ensure Enable SSH is checked in Settings > Security > SSH enabled. Also ensure that port 22 outbound from your KBOX can reach tether.kace.com.

I'm not sure what your second and third question are asking, so please explain those a little further.

  • I don't believe a custom calendar is possible, but if it is, it would be through the use of a custom ticket rule.

For your report question, are you trying to create a report that is based off of other reports? That's what it sounds like. - jknox 11 years ago

2. I don't beleive there is a way for you to delete any of the data in the kbox or clean it up over time. You wouldn't have that level of access to the mysql db. Writing reports...etc that require you to do some calculations would be custom sql queries that you or someome in-house has the knowledge to write.

3. If you are refering to the date field and the way it is presented year, month, date. I don't think there is a setting in the KBOX that will allow you to change the format of it. It is using the mysql default but I could be wrong. You might want to ask support if there is a way to change the date format in the backend. Again it is an area you don't have access to to change yourself.

There is no way to change the date format as a setting.
