If you have tried and no switches are working to make it silent then probably i would have done the below method:
1. Create an Auto IT Script that will capture the WIndows Caption and Hide it when it comes.In that way , you will see the screen only for fraction of a second.
2. This exe should run before the Hotfix and will end after the Hotfix installation.

Please check if this suits your requirement or else wait for other's to respond....[:D]

If screen resolution is changed on Target Machines Auto IT script will not work.

Whose hotfixes are they? If they're Microsoft, '/S' is the switch you need. Having said that, MS hotfixes should be left to Windows Update/WSUS.

I have never encouneterd any issue with screen resolution with Auto IT and seems to work ..
It can be given a try...
PLs let me know how the screenresolution can effect the Script to work???

Note:- This AutoIT Script is to silent two Hotfix exe's from MST.
