A peculiar Problem about Product Key

I am making a transform of MS Visio Professional 2003 using ORK tools 2003. I Am able to make the transform and validate it. I have given the Product key using the PIDKEY property in the property table. When i am installing it is giving error that the product key is invalid. But the same key is working for the vendor msi(without applying transform).
When i commented the MSI Script lines where PIDKEY was used , i am able to install the app. BUt when i am launching the app for the first time it is asking for Key. And at this time it is accepting the same key.
Can anyone help me on this .

Yes i already removed all the dashes. But its not working.
I also tried to pass the key as command line argument but still the problem is arising.

Just try out adding the property AddLocal with value 1 and use the PID property with the value in the property table.
Check the value for Adlocal Property, i don't remeber it exaclty!

Next to the PIDKEY, do you have a PID and a ProductID key in your properties?
