Here is the link to Driver Chain Manager

You can download the DCM1004.exe. This has a setup.exe (That installs the 2 dlls required for DCM) and a tech doc explaining how to install a driver in the chain. You also get a tool called DCMUTIL.exe that is the manual way of installing the driver.
