If you are an mid-to-high level expert in KACE technology and live in the Phoenix, AZ area, I may have a job for you. We are starting a call center in the Valley and will be purchasing KACE and Dell computers for a deployment of up to 250 workstations plus additional computers for supervisors and management. This would be an ongoing, full-time position working with at least two others with similar job functions. I would like to have at least one of these three positions filled with someone with KACE experience as the initial rollout will be in the next 60 days.

On day one, the deployment should be fairly simplistic: PCs with Windows 7, Firefox, and the normal "essentials" (AntiMalware, Acrobat, Flash, Java, etc.). Ideally, we would like regularly scheduled refreshes of the PCs as no personal user data will be stored on them so one of the early troubleshooting paths would be to simply redeploy the installation (versus spending 4 hours troubleshooting why one PC is behaving different than the other 249 identical PCs).

Longer term, this would require you to cross-train others within IT so that we have backup support (we want you to be able to take time off without having to be called constantly!) and potentially expanding this deployment and management to other areas within the company. I am expecting to fill this position in early October, 2011.
