And someone answered how to do this there, but wanted to publish something that was a bit more search friendly. 

  1. From the K1 Admin portal, click Settings > General Settings
  2. Navigate to the Device Actions section and click Add New Action
  3. Name the action whatever you wish. I called mine Expert Assist
  4. In the Command Line box, type: 
  5. https://KACE_HOST_IP:2000
  6. Click Save Actions
You will most likely get some Java security prompts, but that is all that is needed. 
If you used a different port than 2000, be sure to change the port.
