The desktop migration specialist will provide direct support for a desktop refresh initiative, utilizing industry best practices for light touch desktop deployment. The candidate will work directly with the desktop transformation team to coordinate with sites, help to define light touch deployment methodology, test rollout procedures, and assist in the desktop refresh initiative.

Candidates must have at least 2 years experience providing end user services, strong background in desktop services, presentation skills to communication both verbal and in writing with the end customer, knowledge of scripting techniques using either VBscript, Winbatch, Wise Script, or KIXtart accessing COM, ADSI, and WMI interfaces, as well as experience in enterprise OS upgrade. Candidates that have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and experience with PC refresh efforts is a plus.
