Deploying SAP GUI 64 using group policy and DFS
I've created a package on my installation server, and am installing via a login script that runs sapsetup.exe "package".
The path I have placed in this batch file is a DFS path. The package installs, but it appears to install through the installation server path. When I look at sapsetup.log in c:\windows, it finds the name of the installation server, and installs via that share.
What I want, is for SAP GUI to install via the DFS share, and not directly to the installation server, anyone have any ideas how to do this. I did find a .cfg file that point to the installation server, and renamed that to the DFS share, but then the installation just freezes.
Thanks in advance
