Asset Status Report

I would like to run an inventory report that includes "Asset Status", but I do not see it in the Asset Fields drop down list. Does anyone know how to do this?

Why not try setting up a view in your console, get it to show the columns that you want to see, and when you have a view that works for you, select the Choose Action> Create Report option to get the SQL Report (or if not the SQL which you can then finesse to get exactly what you need.

Comments:
  • When I view it in my console, I only see the "asset status" when I look at an individual asset (computer). When I look at the asset listing for computers, asset status is not available. - lsummers 6 years ago
    • Click the cog to the right and opt to display other columns you should find Asset Status in there as every asset type now has that field? - Hobbsy 6 years ago
      • That worked! Thank you so much Hobbsy! - lsummers 6 years ago
